Fast Aero is a FREE brilliant utility for Windows XP that allows you to have Aero Glass by adding transparency effect onto windows in XP. Fast Aero is a standalone program (exe file), so it doesn't require you to install to enable the glass effects.
By default, this program is in Polish. In order to change the language you can simply replace the word "Polish" with "English" in the config.ini file.
