- I finished creating this page. I run a keyword test, "Industrial Project: Questionnaire" in Google and Yahoo. My blog appears on the first position in Google but barely reaches 600th position in Yahoo. Apparently, the obvious discrepancy is due to totally different algorithms being used in Yahoo and Google search engines. Based on domains check-up, I believe, Yahoo favors old domains to reside in its top page rather than fresh content websites.
I will wait a day or two to see how this page perform in Google and Yahoo for this keyword.

This page is indexed higher in Google, a small improvement from 26th to 21st position. There's a big jump in yahoo search engine. For "melayu boleh" keyword, this page is standing at 195st position from 317th position. Pretty
bad. I moved the keyword position in my blog description.
Why? Because initially the keyword was placed at the end of blog description and it has been truncated. Thus, it reduces the visibility of melayu boleh keyword. The following picture might give you a better insight of how the placement of the keyword in blog description, determines this page's rank in Google.

I put the keyword in different placement in my blog description and it seems to pay off. This page is hopping to 11th position in Google, and 92nd position in Yahoo. I just started off-page optimisation campaign by submitting my blog into PR4-PR7 directories (first time submitting my blog into directories). This action is very much for the sake of this blog in the long run and I'm sure somehow it helps this blog in making a big leap.

(http://blog.eches.net/melayu-boleh) page finally gets to the second page of yahoo search engine (18th position) for the keyword melayu boleh. My blog dropped slightly to 16th position in Google, I'm not worry much about this as based on the previous pattern, my blog will get a better position the next day or the day after. Fingers crossed!
Today there are 4 visitors stopped by at my blog via "melayu bogel blog" keyword..lol :)

Nothing much change for the past 3 days. My blog hover around 15th position (yahoo) and 7-8 in Goolgle search engine. I notice there's a steady increase of visitors coming into my blog via "melayu boleh", "melayu bogel blog" and "melayu sex website" keywords. I can only spend small amount of time from today on, as there are few things I need to catch up and class has just started (sigh).

I guess my blog has reached its limit lol. It can't go beyond the 8th position barrier in Google and Yahoo. So, I just watch this Melayu Boleh SEO challenge to end and wait for the second challenge(the winner will get RM 500 cash).

I changed the position of melayu boleh keyword towards the left-most of meta description (i.e. melayu boleh keyword come first). I'm not sure whether this change will have any effect on SERPs but this is the thing that I want to observe.

Yahoo seems to reflect the change I made on 26th but I don't see any update from google yet. Today, I changed the order of title and description such that description come first. So, instead of
"Eches blog » Melayu boleh, technology, gadget, blogging, earn money online, interesting, tweaks, tips and tricks"
the change I made today will swap description to the front
"Melayu boleh, technology, gadget, blogging, earn money online, interesting, tweaks, tips and tricks » Eches blog".
