SearchStatus: Firefox Extension to Examine Sites Performance

I'm always curious about performance of websites I visit and that explains why I installed Alexa plugin and Google pagerank bar. They are, however, only related to alexa ranking and Pagerank. On top of that, with more Firefox extensions need to be installed, this will somehow contribute to excessive memory consumption on Firefox.

SearchStatus is a Firefox extension that allows you to see how a website is performing by presenting related information on a compact toolbar. This extension is particularly useful to people who do research on their competitors performances.

By installing SearchStatus, it lets you view the Google PageRank, Google Category, Alexa popularity ranking, Compete.com ranking, Alexa incoming links, Alexa related links and backward links from Google, Yahoo! and MSN. This combined search-related information means you can view not only the link importance of a site (according to Google), but also its traffic importance (according to Alexa), so providing a balanced view of site efficacy. If you like to lurk on somebody's website performance, you may want to try this out.

Hi, I enjoyed using this tool for Firefox, but with the last update the function “Show Backward Links” was changed, for example with previous version links in Yahoo looked like this:
    1) http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=linkdomain%3Aexample.com+-site%3Aexample.com&fr=yfp-t-501&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8

and now they look like this:
    2) http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=example.com&bwm=i&bwmo=d&bwmf=s

Can you please let me know what I should do so the links look like in option 1?
    Thanks

    Hi I noticed this tool.

IS there a chance to get this sorted soon?

    Thanks again

I went to download this tool and many of the reviews said that it was not working on their newer versions of FireFox. I guess you need to have version prior to v3.5.
