Phishing Quiz

Hello guys. Check out this website (McAfee Site Advisor). Basically, there are 10 questions that will test how good you are at distinguishing between fake and genuine websites. Well, I got 9 out of 10. Pretty good ;) The questions range from the Myspace website to the commercial websites such as ebay and financial websites. I hope you can spend some time to answer the questions and pay more attention on the most important part; that is the recap section provided by McAfee as it provides you clues on how to identify the fake ones.

So here is one of the questions. Can you determine which is the genuine one right away? I bet you should come across this once in a while if you usually do ebay transactions ;)

Educate ourselves and don't fall into this phishing scam.

    There has been a lot more Phishing information now a days then i ever was and i still cant believe people get stick into phishing scams

    I clicked the link to take test and it just rediects to the home page? How do I take the test… I wanted to see how smart I was/wasn’t. LOL!!

    Sorry about the link. I couldn’t open it either. I guess McAfee had taken away that page..I will update this post if by any chance I find the quiz page.

    I think the link is not working now. Anyway I have got mails from EBay like this, those were prevented by mail service as Phishing mails.

    Just wondering what mail service that you use. I use Yahoo; Ebay and Paypal phishing mails sneak into my inbox just like that..

    Memang pening la nak pilih..hari tu ada dapat email lebih kurang camni jugak, aku pun saja la bukak.. tapi tak sempat bukak, firefox dah selamatkan aku dulu.. ada keluar msg pada firefox cakap website tu tipu… cayalah firefox

    hehe..bukak takpe..pegi kat page tuh pn takpe..cuma jangan masukkan password yg btol je..selalu aku klik link2 tuh..pastuh masukkan password tipu..kalau dengan password tipu boleh login confirm la phishing website..heh..

    firefox ada btau ke kalau website tuh phishing? kena ada plugin ke? menarik2, tak penah tau plak..hehe
