Faster surfing with FasterFox

Author: eches | Files under Firefox, Internet

Wanna have better experience surfing on the net? FasterFox is one of Firefox extension offers few features that can speed up your surfing on the net.

You can go for "Turbo Charged" preset for maximum performance and if you would like to have better control over this extension you might want to custom the settings. Under custom setting you will see few other option tabs that are:

1. Cache - giving room to set the memory capacity and cut the unnecessary re-downloading of information.
2. Connection - Increase the number of connections to server for more simultaneous downloading items.
3. Pipelining - multiple requests to the server without waiting for the previous requests.
4. Rendering - faster loading upon clicking the forward and backward button.
5. Popups - give better protection from the clever web developer's popups.

I've installed it in my Firefox browser and I can feel the difference as compared to Avant browser. You can easily get it installed in your firefox by going to tools > add-ons in your firefox browser or if you want to get more information about FasterFox, head to this link. Maximise your surfing experience to the fullest with FasterFox.
