BlogExplosion: Reply from Google team

Few days ago, I've talked about does the involvement in BlogExplosion constitute Adsense TOS infringement and I just received reply from Google team regarding the issue. Here the reply goes.

Hello Azman,

Thank you for your email and interest in the Google AdSense programme. I understand you would like to know if employing systems such as BlogExplosion is permitted by the AdSense policies.

While we cannot advise in regard to particular surf systems, please keep in mind that usage of third-party programmes paid or provided with other incentives to visit your site is strictly prohibited by our Terms & Conditions and Programme Policies. Such programmes may include, but are not limited to auto-surf (according to your description, BlogExplosion seems to be falling in this category), pay-to-surf, pay-to-read or pay-to-click sites.

Personally, BlogExplosion is a good platform for driving more traffic especially for new bloggers. Unfortunately you cannot run Adsense ads simultaneously with BlogExplosion activity. I notice fews blogs running Adsense ads together with BlogExplosion activity, and this surely exposes their Adsense accounts for termination. I personally wont take risk of doing that and it's your call after all.

Thanks for the tip. I have a blog there but I don’t get a lot of traffic from there. Will that be still okay? Maybe I should just remove it as well.

Thanks for the advice, I stopped using BlogExplosion more than a year ago due to the same fears. It’s good for networking though, and maybe it would be a good idea to start out using BE and then after building up a blog network start running AS
